“Our sex drives are not compatible”

My 23-year-old boyfriend has almost no sex drive and I have a high sex drive. He is kind to me and can be emotionally supportive, but our sex drives are not compatible.

After moving in together, we have had sex even less than our every 1-2 weeks. I want 3-4 times a week. I don’t know if I should feel like a terrible person for wanting to find someone who shows that they enjoy /appreciate my sexiness.

“My declining sex drive has ruined our relationship”

I have serious problems with sex in my relationship. We are both in our thirties, been together for 8 years and have two kids (so, opting out is no real option).

When we started going out we had lots of sex but, even before the kids, my desire started to decline. We talked a lot about it, but even I myself have no idea why I lost interest in sex. My doctor could not find anything (physically) wrong with me and still finds no hormonal imbalance. I also do not use any hormonal contraception and never did. Continue reading

“My boyfriend never has sex with me”

Can you imagine being a 41 year old woman and you have no life?! Your kids treat you like pure shit and your boyfriend would rather go out drinking beer and watching football than spend one single minute alone with you.

You never have sex…oh, wait a minute, you might about once a month, or every 2 months, and only then because you cry that you never have it. So nice to have to force your boyfriend into having sex with you. Makes you feel like a disgusting piece of shit. Is he getting it elsewhere? Continue reading

“I don’t understand why our sex life has changed so suddenly”

I’m 18 and my boyfriend has just turned 21, we’ve been together almost 8 months and we’ve never argued or had any real rough patches. But since about October/November it’s become really rare that we have sex.

It was about a month without it so I talked to him about it, and he said he’s not really sure why he has no sex drive and that it’s probably from stress. He gets stress problems from work and just general irritability. After a month of nothing we had sex a few times (still only once every few weeks or something) so I thought it was going back to normal but now it’s been a month and a half with no sex, no foreplay, making out or anything. “My husband doesn’t want to have sex with me”

My husband of two years doesn’t want to have sex with me. I’m a fairly attractive individual, and my husband has NO interest in sex at all. He watches porn all the time, but since he has touched me, it’s been around six months.

And before that, it was another four. We have had sex three times in the span of a year. He says it’s because he has gained weight (70 pounds) and he is ashamed of himself. His attitude towards me is still the same. He still jokes with me, and he’s still my best friend. I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried coming onto him, wearing lingerie, buying toys, asking him if he wants to invite anyone else in… but nothing works. He doesn’t want anything to do with it. He is only 30, and should still have a healthy sex drive. Please help.

“My fiancé has no sex drive”

Me and my fiancée have been together for about three years. We are still madly in love and everything is going well, except the sex. About a year-and-a-half ago, we started having sex less and it’s just decreased until the sex is now non-existent. He insists it’s nothing to do with me and he still tells me I’m beautiful and compliments me. I’ve tried talking to him so many times in so many different ways, but he just makes up different excuses all the time. He acknowledges that the sex has stopped and says he misses it, but then doesn’t do anything about it. I’ve tried coming onto him and he just turns me down. I don’t want to have to end the relationship, as I love him, we’re engaged and own a house together, but, how can I go on like this? Eventually it will take its toll and I’m starting to think about having sex with other men. I’d never cheat on him but the fact I’m thinking about it is bad enough.

“My fiancé has no sex drive”

My fiancé, set to be husband in two weeks, has no sex drive. He’s 28, I’m 25, I’m not sure what the issue is. I’m lucky if we are intimate once a month. We’ve been together for three years. In the beginning it was definitely not like this. I’m more experienced & wouldn’t have a problem doing it daily.

We started to fall off before I got pregnant & now the baby is almost a year old. I’m just at a loss for self worth at this point & he is well aware of that, but still never makes a move. Am I pressuring him to much? I realize we have different work schedules, but still have at least an hour between shifts & a day or two off a week together. I’m just at a loss & don’t know what to do anymore…

“My bipolar meds killed my sex drive”

In the beginning of my relationship with “Dan,” I was hyper-sexual. I wanted sex all day, everyday. This killed Dan, as he is not an overly sexual person at all. He doesn’t want sex very often and usually is in the mood only once a week.

Just two months ago, I was diagnosed as bipolar. I’m now medicated and am no longer overly sexual. To be honest, I have pretty much lost my entire sex drive.

I didn’t think this was a problem at first, but just last night, Dan said to me it was affecting his self-confidence. Because previously I was all over him, and now all I want to do is cuddle.

I honestly don’t know what to do. Please help.
