Depends on the relationship you have with your partner. If you are single then no. If your partner considers it cheating (monogamous) yes. If you are in a polyamourus or swing relationship, it depends on the rules set by all persons involved. You may want to research more into both.
What anonymous said. If you are single, there is nothing wrong with enjoying different sexual partners. You should be safe and use protection so that you won’t contract STDs and avoid an unwanted pregnancy.
